Renters must be at least 21 years old, have a valid driver's license, and provide qualifying full-coverage insurance. Every request remains subject to ExoDrive's review and rental agreement.
Delivery and pickup can be arranged across Washington DC, Maryland, and Northern Virginia. Availability, fees, timing, and the exact handoff location are confirmed with the ExoDrive team before the rental.
Requests cancelled more than 48 hours before the scheduled rental are eligible for a full refund. A 15% fee can apply within 48 hours, and same-day cancellations are eligible for rental credit under the published rental policy.
The rental balance is arranged with the ExoDrive team by phone. A separate refundable security deposit may be completed through an eligible online option or coordinated manually; paying a deposit does not pay the rental balance or confirm a rental by itself.
