This notice explains what information ExoDrive uses, why we use it, and how to control optional analytics and advertising. Essential booking and security functions do not depend on accepting optional tracking.

Strictly necessary
Required for security, booking requests, payments, accessibility, and core site operation. These cannot be switched off.
Information we handle
- Contact and booking-request details you provide, including the vehicle and dates you ask us to review.
- Eligibility, insurance, agreement, and verification information needed to assess and service a rental.
- Payment and deposit status from payment providers. ExoDrive does not use optional marketing tags on booking or payment routes.
- Security, reliability, and fraud-prevention information needed to operate the site safely.
- Public-page analytics or advertising events only as permitted by the choices above.
How we use it
- Respond to inquiries and review rental requests.
- Verify requirements, prepare agreements, coordinate deposits, and support a rental.
- Protect customers, vehicles, accounts, and site infrastructure.
- Meet recordkeeping, dispute, insurance, and legal obligations that apply to the service.
- Improve public content and measure advertising only when the corresponding optional choice permits it.
Service providers
ExoDrive uses providers for hosting and security, database and private file storage, communications, electronic agreements, payment processing, and—when permitted—public-page measurement. Providers receive information only for the services they perform and under their applicable terms.
Retention and security
We keep information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, protect the business and customers, resolve disputes, and meet applicable obligations. We use access controls and private storage boundaries appropriate to the information, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
Global Privacy Control
When your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, ExoDrive treats it as a binding opt-out for advertising, sale, and sharing for targeted advertising in this browser. The advertising switch remains off while the signal is active.
Requests and questions
Depending on where you live, you may have rights concerning access, correction, deletion, portability, or certain uses of personal information. To make a request or ask a privacy question, email exodrivexotics@gmail.com. We may need to verify a request before acting on it.
